Eating more foods with anti-inflammatory bioactives:

  • Get vitamin C by eating strawberries, broccoli, citrus, kiwi, Brussels sprouts, and mustard greens.

  • Get lycopene by eating tomatoes, watermelon, peaches, papayas, and apricots.

  • Get chlorogenic acid through foods like coffee and carrots.

Enjoying prebiotic foods like apples and tree nuts to support healthy gut bacteria.

Drinking green tea—its polyphenols help with brain health, fatigue, and weight loss.

Adding more Brassica veggies like kale, which are packed with inflammation-fighting sulforaphanes.
